The Beastgrip is AWESOME! Highly recommend it to anyone whowants to shoot professional content with your smartphone. I’m a DJ and use itall the time for recording my live shows, live streaming on Periscope and takingreally cool pictures of my rig. I have an iPhone 6S Plus, but it works greatwith my friend’s Galaxy Note too. Love the lenses – Wide angle looks reallywide and gets a lot in the frame really well. The fisheye looks really cool forclose ups and has a nice effect for crowd shots and when I shoot my friendsskateboarding. Build is really solid, holds my phone really secure and ispretty lightweight. There are mounts all over it and it’s really versatile forusing it how you want - you can set it up differently (up to four different ways).The best part is that you can shoot pics/video, edit and export to social mediaor your laptop all from the phone. A lot faster than working with SD cards onmy DSLR. Excited to film more with my Beastgrip!

I must say I was skeptical at first, until I received this item. I recently purchased the Beastgrip tripod and thought it was a seriously solid product. Well once again Beastgrip has done it again. I have read many reviews before my initial purchase. The Beastgrip case is as solid has the tripod. There is endless ways to configure your phone or GoPro and several accessories that can be purchased for the right shot or even make videos. The wide angle lens, fish eye lens and macro lens did not let me down. Wow is about all I have left to say. Must see this for yourself!

This adds a lot of stability while filming with an iPhone or even just taking a photo. The two lenses are OK. Both have a lot of barrel distortion but that is expected in the fisheye and wide-angle lenses. I probably will order the DOF attachment so I can use my Nikon lenses with it. I understand I will need a compatibility adapter for Nikon.The device is well made. It is easily adjustable. There is no concern with the security of the phone while in the rig. It fits the hand in a natural way. You can mount on a tripod for the perfect single photo or a Steadicam for making movies. It has a cold shoe for the LED light panel.Note: The use of the flash on the phone (in my case with both phones) will not work. It is behind the mount. If a lens is attached, there can be no flash. Both of the flash units on my phones are not observable when the phone is in place.It will handle my iPhone 6s Plus easily if I take the cover off. It does not work well with my Nokia Lumia 1020 as the lens system of that phone sticks out and causes the phone to be at a bit of an angle. It still works, but not perfectly for that phone.

This is a great mobile film making tool! The Beastgrip Pro definitely takes your possibilities to a new level when filming. The adjustability of the rig fits any phone I can find, and the construction is stout. The only issue I have found is I feel like I can’t get the additional cold shoes quite tight enough for the light I am putting on it.The one thing you should know is (at least on an iPhone) is when you use the lens, your back microphone will be blocked so you have to use an auxiliary microphone to get any decent audio.
