I bought this book based on the review that it said lovely photos! No photos except the front cover. Also says UK ingredients. First recipe I looked at was blueberry muffins and it says monk fruit. Never heard of monk fruit nor mahi (fish)! Also disclaimer notice says "Please consult a licensed professional before attempting any techniques outlined in this book". Not quite the beginner's handbook I was hoping for!
