No paper attached to it. Think of it as the paper kind of fusing product without the paper. You cannot draw on it, well I guess you could but you'd have to put a piece of paper behind it because your ink will go through it. I like it because you don't have work from a reverse pattern like with the paper kind. Be SURE you ALWAYS fuse it between two layers of silicone sheet or parchment paper - always. If not, you will get it on your iron. **Q: Can I use it to mend tears/rips in my quilts and comforters? Is it a soft, flexible, permanent washable bond? Thanks** A: I have not used it to repair tears or rips in a quilt. It is soft and flexible and washable and bonds well. However, when I have used it as an applique application I have still sewn by machine or hand around the bond to protect it from multiple washings so they do no separate from the quilt. If so, what produc** A: It does not come with the non-stick sheet. You can purchase a Teflon sheet or…. And I like this idea better… buy some baking parchment paper. Works great. **Q: How well does this work with wool on cotton applique?** A: I have used Misty fuse with my wool applique projects. However, it is very light so you will need to be careful when handling and stitch them as soon as possible to avoid it lifting or moving. I find it hold enough for me to machine blanket stitch my wool pieces fine.
