This is a very effectie energy booster, and has no negative side effects. It tastes very strong and sweet and is comfy. It's very good value for money and has great ingredients.

Why did you choose this product over others?: Tried this for the first time and wow—it hits like a freight train. Within 20 minutes I felt the tingles from the beta-alanine and was dialed in for my workout. Energy levels were through the roof, and I crushed my session with way more focus and intensity than usual. Flavour-wise, I had the cherry and berry, which was surprisingly decent—no weird aftertaste and mixed well with water. Only downside: it might be too strong for beginners or anyone sensitive to caffeine. I’d also recommend starting with half a scoop if you’re unsure—this stuff is potent. Overall, if you're looking for a serious pre-workout with a proper kick, Grenade delivers.
