Is the rotor made of brass like its distributor counter part?

The pins on the distributor and the contact point on the rotor is brass, the rest is plastic.

hey, I purchased this for my jeep 4.0, worked fine also at the time had a 1990 4.0, swaped some parts ( ignition ) only difference was the coil, so cant gurantee but it will probably fit thanks good luck ( hey you have a NAPA store ??). they have good parts too J.
