Q: Do this work for a Powdeom 155Wh Portable Power Station?

I bought this as a replacement power supply for a Dell sound bar that I was going to use on another computer monitor. However, I could not completely get rid of the hum (noise) it presented in the sound. I tried several different grounding techniques which minimized it but not completely. So, it's not a well engineered supply that I would recommend.

Q: Is the power supply regulated? when voltage is checked with no load is it really close to 12 volts? give or take a few tenths?

the length of the barrel connector is 10mm,DC plug connector external diameter is 5.5mm, internal diameter is 2.1~2.5mm.(Inside diameter is positive +,outer diameter is negative - ;) the length of the wire is about 92cm
