I am so glad I found and then bought this phone!
I love it. Very waterproof! I've dropped in many, many, many times, and it is still in excellent condition, with only a couple of slight scratches. The flashlight is very bright! It has lots of cool features to show off at a party. WARNING: DO NOT WASH WITH BAR SOAP OR STICK ANYTHING IN THE MICROPHONE HOLE! I made that mistake and ended up destroying my microphone. I still use it, I just use Bluetooth headphones and speakers with a microphone to bypass the destroyed microphone. It is thicker than I expected. Once I got used to it, the additional thickness was not an issue. Very durable. Battery life is excellent. It easily lasts through a couple of days of moderate to light use without needing to be charged.

Short battery life, extremely heavy,
Very heavy and thick. Not a phone you put in your shirt pocket. Battery is not as advertised. After 20 hours of standby, without making any calls or web use, the battery is down to 27%.. Also, the camera is not “infrared “.

My hands are on fire!
This is my third Ulefone. All of them overheat but this one is beyond overheating. Burns my fingertips and my entire hand. The first star is because I love the size of it it fits in my purse easily. But I'm going back with a rugged phone it's my favorite I'll never go back to the brand names that's for sure so that's my second star because it's rugged.

Stopped connecting to network after less than one month
It works with Verizon. Until it didn't. I was happy with it until yesterday. It stopped connecting to the network. An app showed the signal was good but i couldn't make or receive calls. I tried rebooting and powering off for an hour. Nothing. I emailed ulefone support and I'm waiting on a reply
