L.O.L. Surprise Pets Series 4.2

My main reason to write this review is to confirm for those looking to buy is that it seems to be the genuine toy. I say this as Amazon seem to have a lot of fakes for sale. Also to explain to the uninitiated what you get in these balls. In my opinion, the pet series is better value than some of the dolls. Within the obligatory ball, you get a pet which are the same size as the original dolls. You get two accessories, a poop scoop and a bottle. You also get a sand pit, with lid. The sand pit is full of coloured kinetic sand - the lid also has a cute detail of printing paw prints on the sand. One of the accessories is buried in the sand. You also get a spy glass to read the secret clue. There is not vast amounts of value to be had in an LOL surprise doll. It is a plastic doll and some accessories- however the excitement of the unwrapping, secret codes and opening the little packages inside and the collectible nature of the toys is where the real essence of the toy is.

I have to say I was sceptical when my 8 year old daughter requested one of these, believing it would be left unplayed with. As it was her birthday I ordered one anyway and was pleasantly surprised.There was the initial excitement of unwrapping each item, but even after this it's a very well played with toy. Have now ordered one of the Pearl Surprises as a Christmas gift, and my daughter is putting pocket money towards buying more.Yes it is possibly overpriced if you look at what it is, however I believe in play value, and the amount of enjoyment she has had from this makes it good value in my opinion.

This was requested by my daughter for her 7th birthday, she loves it! There are 7 surprises in the ball which includes a spy glass, little stickers, water bottle, accessories, litter tray scoop and pet. The litter tray is a nice little novelty which adds to the imaginative play and my daughter enjoyed scooping through it. Still a little expensive (as with all the Lol range) but it's well played with and enjoyed.

Bought this a present for my niece. She loved it but not sure you get a lot for your money!

I love this but there is so much plastic wrapping and I saw at least one million pieces of the plastic

I was a little worried it would be one of those fake ones from China as this is an older series but its not and my daughter loved it

Bought it for a relative. She likes it.

Quality good but just cant justify the price on the item. Delivery fast and my 6 year old was delighted.
