Matches my decor

The product details says require small E14 screw, well not really!
You need the bigger screw bulbs, not the smaller E14 screws bulbs. The light looks good quality but the fact that I now have to go and return purchased bulb due to wrong info on listing, not good. Other than that, so far without a bulb, the quality looks good

Not good quality
Base arrived cracked very delicate and I cut my hand just taking it out the box, purchased a different lamp from another supplier, similar style but very good quality

Nice lamp - cool stand
This is actually a really nice lamp.The base is a hollow metal affair which is smooth until about 3/4 way up at which point it becomes textured.It looks really elegant and the nice fabric shade in a nice oval shape looks striking too. Together they are almost a foot and a half tall which adds to the quality look.It doesn't come with a bulb but it uses a small screw-in mount and I had a nice 35w bulb available which looked nice.It is quite sturdy, but my only criticism is that the small base makes it easy to tip over.

A modern, well-made lamp which looks if anything better than the preview photos suggest.
It may not be to my tastes, but I got this as it fit with my Mum's tastes. She loves it. The lamp feels reasonably stable despite the relatively small base footprint, helped by a very light top and a reasonable (but not excessive) weight to the base. The clear cord gives a slightly nicer look than the usual white cord, the cable is relatively short but not excessively so, and my Mum, importantly, liked it so much she decided to change her furnishing plans to accommodate it.It's not a cheap piece - you can get similar-sized lamps with somewhat similar styling for less, perhaps, but it looks good and looks like it would cost a bit more than the cheapest alternatives - it's not excessive.It comes well packaged in a large enough box that I'm sure my fellow travellers on the Tube were annoyed by the space it took up, but it survived both the initial delivery and transport on the tube without any damage, which was the main thing.
