My package I ordered has arrived defective. I ordered ice packs for my chronic pain. They have all arrived activated which means they are no good to me. They are single use ice packs and I can’t get a refund because it’s sending me to the manufacturers website and asking me for my business details

Perfect for swelling after blepharoplasty
These are perfect for after eyelid surgery. They stay cold for long enough to keep on the wound and are perfect to calm the swelling. Packed these in my carry on luggage to travel abroad and I would recommend them.

Sulla pagina era scritto 60 pezzi à 100g invece erano solo 10 pezzi. Non l avrei mai preso per questo prezzo e arrivando dal UK. Prodotto a posto come anche tutti gli altri che costano di meno.

El título del producto genera confusión al poner 60 x 100gr. Dando a entender que vienen 60 unidades. Cuando en realidad solo vienen 10. Tampoco permite hacer la devolución por venir de Amazon UK
