I loved that I purchased this as a gift so I had to get one for myself. I only use it for major events & whatnot but both myself and the person I gifted it to, love to bring it out during big moments.

What great quality and value for such a bargain functionality camera. Weight feels solid and the battery life seems to hold up well and it does not chase my grandmother.

It’s like an old Samsung camera disguised in a camera housing. Design looks good but the camera quality just isn’t there. The lighting conditions have to be extremely optimal in order to get decent quality on the video. The white balance is also horrible so you’re going to get a lot of washed out videos. Has a hard time adjusting to light and auto focusing. I guess for the price you really can’t expect anything mind blowing but I was hoping the quality was at least be decent. Unfortunately I will be returning it. No point in keeping since I won’t get any use out of it.

This was....not the greatest. It's very cheaply made and the bare minimum. I bought it to take video and the sound quality is AWFUL - tinny, low volume. It almost sounds like I was filming on a toy camera. I finally found out how to turn the button beep off - which was LOUD - but when you take video and need to adjust any settings, you can hear a LOUD click if you push any buttons while filming. I'm not sure if you can add an external mic - I do have a lavalier I'm going to try and I'll edit this if it works. But I'm pretty sure the camera would pick up the loud click if you needed to press any buttons while filming.The SD card is a micro one, which I didn't realize, so I'd need an adapter for it.There is no lens cap but they do provide a lens cleaning cloth.This *might* be best used as a photography camera only. I didn't try it but I'm sure the pics would be okay. You do have to read through the instructions to figure out what all the settings are and what the symbols mean. It's not a point and shoot - you do have to learn how to adjust the settings to your needs.DO NOT BUY FOR SHOOTING VIDEO. Save your money and invest in a trusted name brand camera instead.

Have to just figure out the wifi capability!Read the manual, go to the camera settings to put the wifi on > download the app > go to wifi settings in your phone and put in the passwordWhen it asks to view devices on the wifi network - SAY YES!! this is what was preventing me from connecting to the appAfter in the app, click the connect to camera/ of the camera logo and on the camera itself it should say “Wifi connected successfully!”

Video quality SUCKS, people keep saying that they use the camera to record? oh no. The quality is awful. The pictures are okay, it’s good if you want an old grainy looking picture, but for reference my iphone 11 takes better pictures than this thing. I would return it but i do like the grainy look of it, and besides the directions were unclear about the battery packs so i messed those up.
