Dish drying mat
I like this drying mat. It’s my second time buying it. Is big enough, absorbent, nice color and texture, dry fast

Highly Absorbant
I am very pleased with this dish mat. I use an in-sink drainer for plates and silverware but needed additional drying space for bowls, pots, knives, glasses, etc. without having to permanently set such space aside. Enter this dish mat. It can be folded up or hung over my oven towel rack when not in use and placed on my counter only as needed. It is highly absorbent. My counter stays dry underneath. Plus items stay wherever they are placed on the mat; they don't slip around. The size is perfect and the color is neutral. I can't think of anything else I could have expected from this item. Even the price is great. Definitely five stars! UPDATE- I have been using this product for a little over a year now. I have machine washed and tumble dried it several times. It still looks as good as new and functions as well also. I find it still has the high absorbency that made me love it in the first place.

Super Nice Dish Pad
I love this dish pad. I had to buy a new one because of a water issue at my home and I immediately reordered this same pad. It's washable, a good size, and nice thickness.

Functional & Practical
I use this on my kitchen counter so wet dishes can dry on this (highly) water-absorbent mat. It really does the trick! It is just the right size for my needs and I recommend it to others.

Excellent drying mat that fits the cover of our motorhome stovetop like a glove!
This was EXACTLY what we were hoping for. The mat is the perfect size to fit on top of our Suburban three-burner stove when we have the bamboo cover on top of it. It allows us to dry dishes, cookware and silverware from our small sink in the RV. Absorbancy is as good as our larger home drying mat, and it dries itself very quickly after cookware is removed. Easy to use and store, it is a FIVE STAR rating from us and pleased that we purchased it. We would buy again if lost or worn out at some point. Easy, honest, and hearty recommendation! Just say no to drying racks
I hate the look of drying racks and most of them you need to place near the sink to drain water. Needless to say it is both ugly and cumbersome. I wanted something to dry dishes from a small meals/snacks or a quick drink. This is a no frills mat that does exactly what you want it to do. The drying mat comes folded but easily unfolds and does not hold any creases. The mat is a good size for the small meals (cup, utensils, couple plates) and properly absorbs the water without seeping through to the bottom. It's also small enough where I don't feel the need to pack it away when not in use. I have had no issues with the "dirty towel" smell over the 6 months I've used it. My guess is people don't let some of the water drip off before placing dishes on the mat. It's absorbent but come on people, theres always a limit to everything. One thing to remember is, it is small, maybe too small for some. If you've never used a drying mat before, just think about how much space your dishes will use. A flat plate probably takes up at least 25% of the mat space.

Keep 'em clean!
I bought this quite a while ago, previously I had one of those cheap plastic dish drying racks that comes with a plastic tray - well that got dirty fast enough. after a while of using it and gotten to the point where no matter how much I wash or scrub at it, the...stuff just won't come off, I decided to finally buy a new rack that's stainless steel. For the tray though, I was worried something similar would happen again, and I find the larger trays really hard to wash, so I decided on this mat instead. No regrets! this thing soaks up the liquid fast and easy without any seeping, and dries really fast too. I find it really nice to be able to just pull it out and toss it in the wash when I need to wash it. convenient! overall I really like how clean this makes my kitchen area and my dishes!

Superior to other mats I've found at a great price
I have been using this type of drying mat for many years since I bought my first set of 2 at Costco and loved them. The ones that I bought at Costco were excellent quality and since then I have not been able to match the quality of those from Costco until now. (can't find them at Costco anymore...) These Norpro mats are number 1 seller here on Amazon for a reason! They are certainly much better quality than these that I purchased several months ago: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00RUB9W8S?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00 which are lighter/thinner and don't absorb nearly as much as the Norpro. I ordered two of these for our vacation home and back to buy 2 more for our home. They are perfect size for my needs. I like having several at home as I use some for dishes and others for draining washed veggies and such. I always hang them by the loops to dry as otherwise they might begin to smell like mildew if you leave them flat on the counter wet. These are a must have staple in my home and beat the pants off space hogging dish draining racks in my opinion. Highly recommended! ***$7.67 at time of purchase
