Second time purchasing,have tried banana and strawberry they have the best taste ever,it has helped me so much. Good taste and my elderly mum likes the strawberry flavour. Pricey but is a good supplement for the aged just to boost energy and keep vital nutrients replenished in the body. Can act as a laxative for some people but the benefits outweigh I think., if you can manage it. Won't know until you try it but has worked well for mum.
