One leg would not go in all the way so we had to work with it for hours and drill out the plastic inside the hole to get it to fit and then the wooden parts for the bottom and top would not fit, so we had to drill them out as well and what should of taken maybe, 30 minutes to build, took us over a day! Not good quality, plus if you try to force the wooden pieces on, they crack in half!

This fountain is very low-quality. Here are my issues:-Instructions not included in the packaging-Packaging labeling was unclear and very confusing/poorly written-Missing parts (I didn't receive one of the three legs and one of the leg bases was not drilled and cut right)-Bubbler intermittently works (about 1/3 of the time)-Mist function intermittently works-Legs on the base are extremely wobbly and unstableThe colors emitted are nice, and when the mist function does actually work properly, it gives off a nice, even aroma that fills my workspace, however the low quality of the product and lack of quality control really disappoints me. I'd send it back, but it isn't worth the hassle and I'll unfortunately no longer be using this product. I was really hopeful since it's a pricier item, but I highly recommend that you look at other fountains on the market, as this one has a slew of issues.

Stand is not sturdy, and getting the plug in the glass bowl is difficult. Love the auto off when the water is low and auto on when it is refilled.

The stand was a challenge to put together but once we had it together and was amazing it's in my office at work and anyone that comes in my office always comments on my fountain great product

Mine came with imperfections. The balls don’t fit on the ends. The legs weren’t stable and It will tip over on carpet. And the rubber stopper to keep It from leaking is too big so It won’t fit. Serious waste of money.

This is beautiful. I have it going constantly. It's just gorgeous day or night.

I recently purchased a green Air diffuser exactly like this one and the major difference is the green Air came with a remote control this one does not. The colors are beautiful and I like how you can stop it on any certain color of your choice. My husband sleeps so much better and doesn't wake up coughing like he used to since we started using this. It's a beautiful display where I feel you could place anywhere in the house and I would highly recommend to everyone.
