i have nothing but praise for this gun. right out of the box shoots great! i have heard some bad things...al of which i found not to be the case ..it does not feel cheap to me ( my friends call me pitbull so you can only imagine how rough on things i am ) flows powder smooth without dumping does not leak anywhere . lays down multiple coats with no problem. zero issues with the tip clogging .it is night and day from the gun i upgraded from such a better end result. just cannot say enough about how happy i am with this purchase. fast shipping too placed the order on a Tuesday said it would be here Thursday actually arrived the next day wendsday. all in all 10/10 would recommend

Background: Been using a HF hobby gun for about 6 or 7 years. Gun started dying (need to look into repairing it, as a backup), so I bought this one as an upgrade to paint better.Initial thoughts: Good: This setup is definitely more "prostyle", as the power supply isnt bulky, and the gun doesn't leak powder like a sieve. Never underestimate the power of having an adjustable kV and grounding your unit directly to a grounding pole. Its has changed the way I PC 10 fold. Bad: plastic seems flimsy, when tightening down my hoses it actually split the plastic apart slightly. I see why people tape up the grip section. Cleaning isnt as fast as they claim, albeit much easier than a hobby gun since most of it comes apart. Lastly the air control at the gun leaves alot to be desired. They should just omit that and require a legit regulator before the moisture filter. That's what I'm doing..Recommendations: Remove useless "air regulator", reinforce the plastic shell, and this gun would be close to perfect.Overall 4/5. Look forward to its continued use..

This gun does a great job. The hubby is very happy with the ease of use and the performance of spraying the powder. The problem is that it is just too flimsy. I get bottom line costs to manufacture, but man, we do pay a decent penny for it. It would be nice to be just a tad bit heavier duty. Oh and the cost of the cups for this gun are absolutely redicilous!!!

Only used a handful of times so far. Had the Eastwood dual and redline is way better. Covers item so much better

I started with the Chicago Electric and I struggled with it. This is much much better. I'm not a shop, but a hobbiest. So far it is working great for me. 50kV might be a little weak, but for small work it will do just fine. I've been using it for nearly a year now - in very hot conditions and it is still working well.

Plastic is very weak and cheap. It almost looks like a toy.
