It's quiet,and easy to install. Blows pretty good air for a smaller fan. Would recommend or small to medium sized rooms.

Bought 1 for our new baby’s room and it works amazingly, certainly cools down the room very quickly. We’re currently in the process of ordering a 2nd 1. I won't be surprised if we get a 3rd 1 in the near future to place around our home.

So at first I was thinking 16in isn't going to blow that good. I was wrong. I like that it has a remote. The oscillating is plus but I took off half star because it makes a clicking sound when it gets to the very end of the turn. Also took away because of the fact the button to make it go on timer doesnt work thats on the fan itself. . But for the price so far it's been worth it. Also the cord didn't even reach from where it is mounted down to the plug. And it's about 6ft from floor but 5ft from plug. I'd give it 3.75 stars but no able. The size was perfect and the weight was fine. The remote requires 2 triple A batteries not included.

Tilt function completely useless! The “ratchet action” the manual speaks of that is supposed to hold the fan in a downward tilt is completely useless against the industrial strength spring they use in this thing. Took way too much force to point it down (if it took the slightest bit more force, it probably would have ripped right out of my wall and left giant holes) and then the spring just returned it to its straight forward position. Planned on mounting this above my bed and pointing downwards as another reviewer did, but that’s absolutely not gonna happen! There is no way to even tighten the tilt hold and so it will just blow directly straight forward. So unless your mounting this at eye level on the wall were you will always be, you’ll never “feel the breeze”. Plus it came with 2 black smudges and some other signs of slight wear. So they either sent me a defective return (the ratchet catch strip inside looks like it’s been through some things!) or they aggressively tested it and still sent a defective product. Either way, not good. Fan turned on and oscillated. So I guess if you don’t care about how it’s pointed, this would be an option. But if you want direction control, this design is severely flawed. Also, shipped in its own boxes with no outer packaging so I can’t even have Amazon pick it back up because I don’t have a box to put this big box in (hence the need for a space saving wall mounted fan). Now I’m stuck with this and out full price. Have no way to return it and have no interest in mounting a fan to blow vertically at eye level in the middle of my wall. Glad I pay for Prime (side note: the replacement I bought has now been delayed 3 days. Not this sellers fault but Amazon is really going downhill! Between not facilitating an easy return and delaying replacement, this hot snap has me heated).

I have tinnitus and have found a fan noise helps a great deal. We bought this one 3 years ago. It runs almost constantly. I occasionally turn it off when we aren’t home. It took 3 years for the motor to burn out. As someone who has used the white noise of a fan for years, the average lifespan of most fans is a year. So, I was not upset at all with the 3 years we got out of this one. It’s not the quietest fan. I didn’t want that. (Vertical fans tend to be the quietest.) I didn’t keep it oscillating, but we moved it often. The remote worked well. I’ll be ordering the WiFi one next, and I hope we get another 3 years out of it!

Very loud fan. Would not recommend. Also a huge hassle to return it.
