Cleanse & Purify Thyself, Book 2: Secrets of Radiant Health & Energy

Anyone interested in health and getting rid of any disease as well as unwanted pounds should read this.

I was completely hooked on this book. It has been an emotional roller coaster to read.

Some of this book is a bit weird. I don’t believe in enemas or fasting. If you are into these things it may be the book for you.

I noticed that they have the editor listed and not the wonderful author of this book Dr. Richard Anderson. I hope they fix that so that people can easily locate this gem of a book.(on the Amazon website). Of course I started with book one, and this is not just a repeat of book one, book one focuses much on the physical aspects of cleansing, this one gets a little more into the emotional aspects and is a little more in depth. People may be taken back by the advertising of his products, which he doesn't push heavily, but are mentioned. I will tell you that my life has been forever changed by the cleanse he recommends and his products. Yes I did buy them, I found a cheaper way to do it by buying my own bentonite and psyllium at the health food store and his two products called herbal nutrition and Chompers.(Yes the names are a bit odd) I have tried many different cleanses in my life, they didn't do much. This cleanse did several marvelous things for me. I am off a medication that I have been on for ten years, and doing fine. I cut another medication in half and am working on getting off that one. I have been fixed of a physical ailment I have suffered from my entire life. The cleanse wasn't easy. I went through many sick days and cleansing reactions, but I will say it was worth it, and this book a fascinating read is worth it!!

fantastic. highlighted half the book. Ordered the 14 day fast cleanse. Very smart -very factual. Being an RN for 22 yrs it was very informative in an easy lay person's terms but very medically understandable to me. It enlightened me for sure

It's a good read with lots of good information. However, if you bought this book for the cleanse you're not getting it here. This book's intend is to have you purchase book 1 if you haven't already.

Gave me a lot more to think about. Good solid advise. A must read if you really want to understand what a internal cleansing is about.

This book was recommeded to me, it sounded like it would be some good reading. I am NOT dissapointed it, it makes a lot of sense and I am enjoying it very much.
