Fits and works well on Lawnboy 10323, but. Cord is too short to reach the handle area. I added a section of rope to extend it. Also the “wing ratchet” parts are plastic, don’t know how durable they will be. The original parts were steel and they were the issue with the old one.

Just bought my second one. Had the first one for 5 years. Happy with the price and what I got out of it. Works great.

First of all, it wasn't the same colors as advertised. Not that The color of the part is important, but it's clearly some cheaply made crap. It's the same off yellow polycarbonate garbage that I see in airsoft Pistons. It broke immediately, and I couldn't even get the screw off because they probably used loctite or super glue or some other adhesive.

Just what I needed after the recoil spring in my mid-90s Craftsman 6.5HP B&S lawn mower. I did have to drill out the rivets that held the original recoil housing and I did have to buy 4 mounting bolts as I don't own a rivet gun.
