I’ve been taking these for a month and a feel no difference of affect. I took the previous root and was extremely happy with them and lost weight within a month so I’m disappointed on how they’ve changed them to these bring back the old ones .

Great quality, and very effective at reducing my hunger. The taste and aroma are both very pleasant. The probiotic nutrients are an additional value added benefit.

Tejocote (Mexican Hawthorn) root is said to have a number of beneficial effects. Unless you are targeting a specific issue, it can be a bit difficult to measure the efficacy of these supplements.Besides the root extract, it lists a number of other ingredients I would classify as "won't hurt, might help". However, the listing seems somewhat incomplete as it does not contain any quantities (just a total of 500mg "proprietary blend").On the bottom of the ingredient list it notes: Percent Daily values are based on a 2000 calories diet. While that sounds fairly good, there are NO values or percentages listed for anything, so it's a nonsensical statement.It also notes that "Lactospore is a registered trademark of Sabinsa Corporation". While this is good to know, it is not clear whether this proprietary mix contains any Lactospore, or if this is just an educational side-note.As others noted, the supplement comes in a typical cheater pack which is way oversized for its contents. Unnecessary waste of resources.I will update this review if I notice any significant effects of this supplement, be they positive or negative, with a particular focus on appetite reduction. For the time being, I would suggest you exercise caution and do plenty of research before committing to products that come at a steep price and are somewhat poorly labeled.

Good energy, good for the value, it keeps me full , makes you feel good, I like the ingredients.it’s effective to go the restroom.

This product contains hawthorn, prickly pear, apple fiber, pineapple powder, and cayenne pepper, in addition to the probiotics.When opening the bottle, I found this product to be virtually odorless.If taken as suggested by the manufacturer, the 60 capsules in the bottle should give you a 2-month supply if you take one pill a day. The bottle says that it is made in the USA at an FDA registered facility. The expiration date is September of 2026 on the bottle I received.Give it a try if it seems right for you.

I've noticed it truly has helped me, my weight has gone down, but i am wayy more dehydrated so i must drink a lot of fluids too and it has helped to cut back on my appetite i just dont feel as hungry as i was before. and try to drink more than eating all the time. seems to be a good product wish it came with a larger supply, more bottles this has truly helped me so much and doesnt upset my stomach or make me cramp really bad
