I have used these gloves to both process animals, and to process hot peppers. Even with the smallest of peppers, they do not break if I accidentally get the ends of the fingers with the knife. These are the best gloves I have found yet, and definitely worth their price. Plus, my partner, a 6'4" 190lb grown man, can use these gloves in the XL size as they fit him perfectly. The XL size also fits a woman's hands with the ability to remove them and put them back on, very nice.
