Somebody put the wrong parts into the product's box because they do not work together. According to the image that illustrates the measurements within the product listing, the keypad measures 53mm W x 90mm H, and the part with the locking mechanism and batteries measures 37mm W x 90mm H. The keypad that I received seems to have the correct measurements. However, the part that belongs inside the cabinet that I received measures wider and shorter than the product listing states in the image. Also, the battery compartment in the product listing has the batteries positioned vertically while the part I received has them positioned horizontally. Most of all, the screw holes on the keypad simply do not line up with the screw holes on the other part. I am not able to install this product due to the screw hole alignment disparities. As a result, this product has rendered itself useless altogether.

I'm not even sure I received the correct item. First, there is no magnet anywhere on this item. Secondly, there are screw holes, so yes, you do have to drill. Thirdly, the holes dont even line up. There are extra parts, but no instructions. There's no way to install this product.

Et en allant vérifier sur la fiche du produit, je me suis également rendu compte que les images ne correspondaient absolument pas à l’article que j’ai reçu. Et pour finir, je dirai aussi et surtout que cette serrure a l’air très fragile, et qu’un simple petit coup sec pour ouvrir une porte ou un tiroir suffirait à le casser. This smart cabinet lock is fantastic. I don't need to drill, it works magnetic and keyless and it has a wireless electronic digital rfid that is working via bluetooth. We have tried this lock on our snack drawer, as there is a certain little someone in the house with a full blown sugar addiction. It was so easy to set up and install. The app works without any problems. The drawer is locked, my son is loosing weight and everybody is happy. I love this little lock and will get a few more. Just make sure you'll always have a stabil wifi connection. This is a fantastic product that I love and gladly recommend to you.
