I recently tried the ARM & HAMMER Odor Blasters In-Wash Scent Booster, and it’s quickly become a staple in my laundry routine. What I Love: Long-Lasting Freshness Just a scoop per load infuses my laundry with a clean, fresh scent that lingers throughout the week. Even towels and gym clothes come out smelling great, which is impressive for heavy-use fabrics. Easy to Use The beads are simple to add directly to the washer, and they dissolve completely during the cycle without leaving residue. No extra steps or mess. Boosts Laundry Performance While primarily a scent booster, it complements my regular detergent nicely. Clothes feel fresher, and persistent odors are noticeably reduced. Fresh Burst Fragrance The scent is vibrant but not overpowering — a bright, uplifting aroma that makes doing laundry a bit more enjoyable. Minor Considerations: The scent may be too strong for those sensitive to fragrances, though I find it balanced. It’s not a replacement for detergent — it’s best used in conjunction with your regular laundry cleaner. I pour a generous cap full of this into my wash water while the tub is filling (top load machine) and before I've added clothes, then I add clothes half way through the fill so they can soak and absorb the scent but the crystals have dissolved and wont stain. They rinse out completely with no crystals left on fabrics. Leaves my clothes with a really nice floral type scent after they're washed and dried. Not a cheap perfume scent, though scents are objective to each nose. I believe it helps soften them too a bit, though I do add a cap of Borax with every wash to soften also, and remove odors. It helps remove (the Borax) body odors, funky odors and helps the Arm & Hammer stand out as the leading scent. Nice large sized bottle too. If I use a filled capful with each wash it lasts for about 10 XL wash loads. No bottle leakage - one of amazons "points for review". I believe you'll be happy with it if you give it a try. The scent lasts fairly long after the clothes are dried and until they are worn or used (like blankets). Works just as well as Downy crystals at a fraction of the cost of Downy.

I’ve been incredibly pleased with these scent booster/odor blaster crystals. The beads are smaller than other in-wash scent boosters I’ve tried, which helps them dissolve better in larger loads and makes themmuch more washer-safe. They’re also not sticky or waxy at all, like other brands of scent boosters which is a big plus. A little goes a long way, and I usually pair them with Arm & Hammer liquid detergent. Even without adding a laundry sanitizer, everything comes out fresh and clean with no lingering odors. After long summer days on the river, I’ll occasionally add a sanitizer just for extra peace of mind—especially with wet dog and river smells—but it’s honestly not necessary. What really sold me is that Arm & Hammer Odor Blasters are the **only** thing that’s been able to completely eliminate awful, stuck-in smells like jet fuel from uniforms and PT clothes. We also haven’t had any skin irritation issues, even with sensitive skin in the household. My only real downside is the limited fragrance options, especially in larger sizes, and many of the scents seem very similar. Still, it’s a reliable product that actually delivers on odor removal. Therefore I will continue to subscribe to having these delivered at a regular interval.

I was using gain scent boosters for awhile and happened to come across these in the local grocery store. I was impressed by the price and strength of the scent. They really help the laundry smell fresh and for much longer. I use gain pods and gain fabric softener with the arm and hammer fresh burst odor blasters and I love how the laundry smells when it's done. Nothing is better than using it on my bedding and laying down surrounded by clean smelling blankets and pillows.

I LOVE scents. There are many products out there that claim to add lovely scents to your laundry while it's in the washer. I've tried many of those products because they smell heavenly. And know what? They didn't wash clean and left gross, nice-smelling clumps on my clothing. But not Arm & Hammer. These in-wash scent booster crystals are the ONLY in-wash product that actually dissolves in the washing machine and make my clothes smell nice Now I'll be honest - Arm & Hammer needs to work on their scents. They don't offer many and some kind of smell the same. But this scent is pleasant enough and works well to cover any musty or doggy odors that might be on even my dirtiest clothes. It's not my favorite scent but I know that every time I throw a capful of scent crystals in my washing machine they won't be stuck to my clothes after washing. I know that my clothes will smell fresh and pleasant and not like dirty laundry. And that knowledge, for me, is more than enough for me to keep buying this product.
