IN LOVE with the way my skin feels after using this. The only reason I can’t give it a 5 star review it’s because it honestly feels a bit cheap. It makes me think it might stop working after a few uses. It already stops vibrating after using it for about 5-8 mins straight. So I gotta remove it away from my face and then press onto it again so it could go back to vibrating. It doesn’t have any side buttons to make it vibrate. The moment you press it against your skin it will automatically start to vibrate. The noise it makes is a bit loud as well. But overall it gets the job done NEATLY. (

I am not sure if it is working. I use this regularly so only time will tell. the The heat setting is nice but the charging stand is terrible! It takes a very long time to charge and while charging the blue light is very bright, it blinks and is annoying. The base of the device does not lock into the charging stand, it just kind of sits there, you have to balance it perfectly or it will not charge.

This massager works perfectly, it's easy to use, quite comfortable to hold, feels soft on the skin, and is well-designed for massaging the neck and face. It makes you feel relaxed. My skin always feels great after using it.

I received this order on the date promised. Since receipt of this item 4 days ago, I’ve been using this device twice daily for 10 minutes. Already, I see marked improvement in fine lines, texture, lifting and overall improvement. Today (day 5), the device’s vibration aspect is inconsistent. Hence, the 4 star reviews. I am concerned that this device may be short lived in its ability to perform all of its features (such as the massage/vibration feature). I’m hoping this was a one time incident and the device will work smoothly during the next treatment. It truly works! With many of these devices, the life is short lived - I hope that is not the case with this one. When it works - it works!
