Great customer service. Good replacement for wyze robotic vaccum
I don't know why wyze will sell the vaccum but not the replacement batteries. This is one of the products where the batteries will likely die in about 3 years or so. My vaccum had become nearly useless due to the battery holding very little charge. This battery is a perfect replacement. However the first battery I have received lasted for a little less than 60 minutes which is considerably less than the 110 minutes mentioned on the original. I have contacted the company and they have promptly sent a replacement. The second one lasts much longer. I could not measure the exact life but it is at least 80 minutes or more.

LAQUEENA Battery Compatible with Wyze Robot Vacuum
I've been using my Wyze Robot Vacuum 200S for a few years now. The app says that it has operated for about 20,000 minutes (330+ hours) and cleaned about 170,000 sq/ft of space. I've had to replace the cleaning brushes several times. Recently I've noticed that the unit returns to the charging base half way through a cleaning job. I figured the battery might be getting worn down so I decided to try this battery replacement. Replacement isn't hard. You need to flip the vacuum over and remove the sweeping brush. Near the edge of that compartment you will find four screws (see photos). You may need to clean the area of dirt and dust in order to see them. It's all black-on-black plastic which also makes it harder to see. The included screwdriver is the correct size to remove the screws but be careful. They are very tiny and if you drop them they may fall into the vacuum or on the floor and be lost. Give yourself some room to work and have a container ready to hold the screws when you take them out. When you remove the screws a plate will come off the bottom of the vacuum and the old battery will be exposed. It lifts out but do it gently because there are wires attached to a connector that attaches inside the vacuum. Study the connector on the new battery. Notice how when you squeeze the connector it opens slightly. That's what you have to do to remove the old battery. Reach inside and squeeze the connector to disconnect it. I couldn't get my fingers to do it because of the tight space so I used a needle-nose pliers to squeeze the connector and it worked just fine. Once the old battery is out of the way you can reverse the process to install the new battery. Screw in the plate over the newly installed battery and your set. My battery came with about 80% charge so I put my vacuum back on the charger to power up. My pictures show the roller ball and side brush removed but you don't need to do that. I just did it to give the unit a cleaning while I had it upside down. The vacuum didn't loose it's memory of the floor map or it's schedule of cleaning. I don't know if that's stored in the vacuum or in the app but either way it was still there after I did the battery swap. Later that night when the vacuum was scheduled to run it did it's job with no problems, it didn't need to return to base in the middle to recharge. It's still early days but so far everything looks good. I'm saving the old battery in case something goes wrong with the new one and I need to swap it back until I can get another replacement. The only thing I would have liked to have seen done different would be to have a diagram included with the battery showing how to do the replacement and I would have liked to have had a plastic tweezers that I could have used to disconnect the old battery instead of having to get my pliers.

perfect replacement, simple installation
This is a perfect fit for my Wyze robot vacuum, and has extended the time that it can run between recharges.Installation is pretty simple:* Turn off the vacuum* Flip it upside down* Remove the roller* The battery cover is attached with 4 small philips screws all in a row. Note that you are not removing the entire bottom, just cover a little larger than the new battery* Carefully pull out the old battery, minding the cable, and pinch the connector to release it (takes a little fiddling).* Plug in the new one, insert the battery, tuck the cable down in, replace the cover, replace the roller, put the vaccum on the chargerOnly took a couple minutes and it even included the screwdriver that you need. Nice!

Easy install, but low capacity
I got this battery to replace my aging one, but after the install, and after running the vacuum half a dozen times, the cleaning area is about the same as the old battery. In my testing, I am able to get about 500 square feet over about 50 minutes before the vacuum needs to head back for a charge. This is well below the 1.5 hours I used to get when my robot vacuum was new, and it's frustrating that it can no longer complete my cleaning area in one go.

Bad Quality, steep voltage drop
My original wyze battery has degraded after 3+ years of daily usage so it was time to refresh it. This battery performs almost as bad as that degraded battery. It hangs in there until about 25% remaining capacity then has a steep and rapid decline to zero percent, consistently leaving the vacuum shut down and fully abandoned away from the charger.

Nice item
Haven't tried it yet because my old battery is still good but this one looks good and appears to fit just fine.

Perfect replacement for Wyze Robot Vacuum
My wyze robot vacuum I've had for over 2 years had a battery that would not hold as much charge as it did before. It used to be able to run for around 50 minutes to clean my whole floor, but it started only making runs for around 35 minutes before having to go back to charge. I had to split my floor into multiple cleanings in order to work.I got this battery to replace, it was easy to just unscrew the cover from the bottom and the replacement was an exact fit. So far it is working great, holding a full charge and leaving still 30% after running through my whole floor. I'll have to see how long it lasts but it's definitely an improvement over my old degraded battery.
