A: The compatibility is for the 3.0 Edition Video Game and can be played in Marvel Battlegrounds Playset and 3.0 Toybox. You will need 3.0 to use Vision and all 2.0 Marvel figures are forward compatible. Hope this helps

A: Yes.  Only if you have Infinity 3.0.

Characters are not restricted by video game system ie X Box, Wii U, Playstation.  
They are restricted by game.  A figure made for 3.0 works only works in 3.0.  A 2.0 character works in 2.0 and 3.0.

A: Hi! In Disney Infinity 3.0, Vision has the power of flight, and can fire an energy beam from the gem on his forehead, which you can sweep to hit more enemies. His special ability is to become heavier, giving him higher attack and defense, as well as longer jumps. I hope this answers your question!
