Bang on
Wasn’t sure weather to get this or not as I already have the Tempest 200. I found getting in and out of the Tempest a bit awkward when two of us were in there so I thought I’d give the Banshee a go as it has two side entries.Quality wise it’s on par with the tempest, very well made and found it incredibly strong when I recently put it on top of a very windy Kinder Scout. I woul very much recommend this tent and the supplier.

Stable
I have slept 3 nights in this tent, in quite different conditions.Things I like:Stable. It has resisted without problems nor damage winds in excess of 50km/h for a whole night. I pitched it in the right direction. Of course in that conditions the noise makes it hard to sleep, though. By the way, I know it's tested for 70km/h in all directions.Cheap : I paid less than 90 pounds for it.Spacious for one person. It is also possible to pitch the flysheet only, maybe with the footprint, and it is even roomier if you need just a shelter from rain and wind. It is also possible to pitch the inner part perfectly without getting outside.Pegs are quite lightweight and pretty good for the soil I've been on (Wales).Provided that you open ALL the vents, you won't have much condensation, at least if you sleep alone.Things I dislike:The two vents on the rear tend to stay closed. Either one tries to shape the semi-rigid arcs so to that they stay open, or put a twig there, mimicking what is done on the vent on the front. If there's wind the twig will fly away, but hopefully with wind you won't have condensation problems. It was paramount to keep the arcs open to keep condensation under control, with only one person in the tent. I guess that with two people it could be worse.Things I could not make sense of, and therefore dislike:The straps for the pegs do not make much sense. There are buckles in most of them but you cannot adjust the tension of the strap anyway - you only have 2 settings, either fully extended strap or like a third of length, if you pass the strap around the peg twice.

Cant fault this tent.
this is my second Banshee 2, wouldn't buy any other light pack, small tent, why would I ? it's never ever let me down. A doddle to put up. Big plus is the inner erects within the fly sheet, inner doesn't get wet if you pitch in the rain. Very strong if pitched correctly, used my older banshee in gale force with rain and didn't blink. light to pack and perfect for 1 plus large Bergen, this new model is only better than the earlier one. better poles, 2 doors and 5000 head ! for this money you will not buy better in my opinion.

A great tent
It's a cracking tent at a good price. We got it as a present for our 15 years old grandson.
