I have been using this everyday and noticed a difference with my skin, it is much more soft & toned. This saved me so much money on the long run, it's convenient and portable. Just the right amount of heat. Only wish it was a few inches wider and the battery plug can overheat.

I recently bought the Lifepro Allevabody Fit Red Light Therapy Mat and I've been using it twice a day for the last 2 weeks...in the morning after my workout to help with muscle recovery and right before bed to help relax and get a good night's sleep. It's well made, comfortable to lay on, and easy to operate with the remote to choose the settings and timer for your specific needs. I'm a petite woman and 5' tall. The mat is long enough to get full red light coverage from my neck all the way down to my feet and wide enough to fit my arms on the mat. The convenience of being able to do a whole body therapy session in 20 minutes is a game changer! My husband has also been using it after his workouts and he's also impressed with the quality of the mat, the convenience of being able to treat more of his body unlike the smaller mats that we've used in the past, and how easy it is to use. An added bonus is it comes with eye protection and a lifetime warranty. I highly recommend this product.

I have owned several Lifepro infrared red light therapy products over the past several years and I am blown away how the company keeps adapting and growing to meet the customers needs and demands. I started with the therapy torch, moved to the belt and when I saw they had a body wrap knew this was the next product to add to my red light therapy arsenal. I have not been disappointed. I wanted something that could offer enhanced relaxation, recovery and pain relief to larger areas. I enjoy using it after a workout and found that it helps me not have sore muscles the next day. It has a very long cord that allows me to set it up on my bed and still plug into my wall so it's very comfortable. It also rolls up when I'm done and I can store it out of sight behind my chair. I'm 5'7 and it's long enough to have coverage from my neck to my feet. I usually use it 4-5 times a week for 30 minutes at a time. I look forward to using it and its very relaxing. It comes with eye protection too.

Red light is good but the near infrared is weak the mat does not get that hot. Also if u live in dubai just know that u will need an adaptor. I got another small red light mat from amazon tht gets hot enough not sure if this one is defective
