I used this yeast for bread as it is the most consistent and versatile in yeast baking.

I haven't used it yet but it came packaged very well! Price was a little steep but for the times right now, its not bad. At least they had it and in quantity! I know from past experience with using this brand, it is easy to work with, fresh and as long as its in the freezer, its good for yrs.

It rises very well

I bought this for my brother since he said that this is only the trusted brand of yeast which he's been using since he started learning how to bake when he previousky worked at a local bakery.

This is an incredible deal on yeast It comes compressed and once a single one of the packages is opened it fills a quart size Mason jar nearly to the top.

Vacuum sealed and easy to wipe down to clean the packages. Each of the items were extra wrapped for protection A+! Proofed great, and made some excellent bread and rolls. Well worth it.

My yeast came in Friday. I made bread in our Zojiruchi bread machine a couple of hours later. The bread came out perfectly fine. Great product.
