I have a rescue cat and she's scared of everything and spends a lot of her time hiding or running away. It's only been 2 day and she seems a lot more settled and content. I can't wait to see how brave she really gets as the days go on. I've had her 2 years and not sat on my lap as yet, you can tell she really wants to. It's the fear that's stopping her, bless her. I can hardly smooth her cuz she just gets scared. But last night she was curled up asleep on the chair and when I got up and moved she didn't run away and that never happens. I had to turn the light off that was behind her and she didn't even move!!!! she did have her eyes on me the whole time though. I'm so pleased and she'll be on them for life now

I think these have helped calm my cat a bit. They aren’t a miracle cure but can definitely see a difference in my cat’s confidence. Unfortunately it hasn’t helped my cats get along with each other any better yet but I will keep trying. I have to open the capsule and mix it in a lick-e-lix for one cat. The other I have to feed it orally as she doesn’t like the taste of it in her food, luckily the size enables me to do this. Good value for money for the number of tablets

I don’t usually write reviews but thought this could be helpful to other cat owners in a similar situation. I was having issues with my 2 year old male cat spraying in the house, my vet gave me a list of calming supplements to try before going down the vet strength route (vet believed it was stress/territory related). I tried another brand with no change after a month so tried yumove. The difference has been huge, I noticed a slight change in a few days. We are now approx 3 weeks down the line and in the last 2 weeks he has sprayed once, where previously it would have been daily and sometimes multiple times a day. It has made no change to his personality as such but he is much less vocal and now sits down at settled instead of pacing. Definitely worth a try if you have an anxious or unsettled cat as it has helped me no end!

Whilst I love all the Yumove products I’ve used for years, my present cat would not touch this on her food at all. Like all cats, they’re picky and I’m sure this product works well with other cats.

Ordered these for my rescue cat who was either living under our bed 24/7 during the day or isolating in another room during the evening and she wouldn't be touched and even started to hiss at us for no reason.Not great live poor thing- terrible history since she was kicked out as a kitten, lived on the London streets for 3 years. Then was rescued and rehomed before being given back to the rescue centre by the new owner after 3 years. Then put in a cage in the centre for 6 mths before we adopted her in Jan 2021. She also needed alot of vet work when we first got her and she caught cat flu ( probably in the rescue centre or the previous owner not giving her the annual vaccine booster) - so this did not help her settling into our home or her anxiety levels!So,I bought plug in pheromone and these did not seem to work well for her ( x3 in the flat)- so decided to try these tablets instead and YEP what a difference ! The change began from day 2 of giving her these Yucare tablets in her wet food. She is on one capsule each day and is now relaxing in the front room with us everyday and isn't living under our bed during the day with panicked eyes as of she is on ' war surveillance'. She is also, coming to us for a cuddle- she is like a different cat since having these- God knows what is in them but they are working a treat.If this continues I will stop the plugin pheromones( which are quite pricey )and stuck to giving her one of these daily.Big test next week though, since we have a vet visit which is usually terrible experience, first -trying to catch her to put her in the basket and second the vet trying to work with her in a 20 min slot. Let's see what happens next week!Update see my Yu calm cat: 6 days on one capsule a day- gave it at 8am today and now it is 11am- great relaxing tablets.Update post the vet visit yesterday: she was nervous but 75% calmer than usual pre Yucalm. I will keep one tablet a day since great for my little cat- Thank you Yucalm.2nd update Great calming product but had to stop giving it to my cat because she developed a food allergy reaction ( fish protein in the Yucalm -we think) - constant itching which lead to her cutting herself in the process . Pity since this product worked fine to calm her down initially anyway!

Newly rehomed nervous rescue cat would not touch them, managed to get him to swallow one just once so then sprinkled on food which left him untrusting of food and I have struggled to get any food in him since and he has subsequently had terrific diarrhoea.Unable to get a refund so total waste of money.Avoid if your cat is nervous with trust issues.
