Question 1

Does this mount in to a 2" reciever hitch or do I need extra mounting parts ? MY H2 has a front 2" Reciever Box.

I have the same question.  There is nothing in the pictures that looks like it will fit a 2” receiver hitch..   unless that hole in the mounting plate is supposed to go where the 2 inch ball fits in (I wouldn’t wanna unscrew it at 450 foot pounds).  And I doubt the wires are long enough to reach the battery (probably need to get some 8-gauge wires too).

I asked what is the IP rating ? I received the answer "An IP (Ingress Protection) rating is used by buyers in Europe to specify the extent of protection an electrical enclosure has against environmental conditions."  I was told by Champion Support It is NOT IP RATED and this  product 12000 lb  model # 100427   can only be submerged for a couple of seconds and is susceptible to dust as well.

Does this winch fit a Kawasaki mule 610?

I have just installed the 3000 lb version of this winch in a 2005 Kawasaki mule 610 using the Kawasaki mount plate.  It fits with enough room left over that it's possible to get one's hand in to access the clutch knob.   The in/out switch mounting is designed for attachment to a handlebar but it can be clamped (awkwardly) to the steering column.    The (+) lead to the battery is not long enough to reach, if routed through the in-floor channel.  I had to splice in a length of 8ga. wire to make the connection.    As old a product as the mule 610 is, there likely isn't much call for this information.... yet here it is.

Can this be mounted upside down and still operate correctly?

Yes, I mounted mine upside down, I even pulled off the sticker and flipped so it didn’t look like it was upside down and it worked fine.
