Don't let the other bad reviews fool you, this thing is pretty awesome. I bought it to start playing in my room and it can be heard throughout most of the house. It registers all of the hits and even has a decent bass. Great for learning and practice. This this is great for playing indoors for personal use and it connects to the Alesis mount. Very happy with the purchase.

Item is well made and mounts to your Alesis rack easily. It's very compact and easy to pack. It's sufficient, not too powerful, though. That being said, this is best for personal use. Can play along with loud music in a room, not much more than that.

this is just what I was looking for, I mostly play with headphones but wanted a way to share what I was working on with other people, or if I want a break from the headphones. I had been using a bass amp, but it was bulky and didn't sound great unless you turn it up loud, I don't need a powerful speaker for playing with people, my kit is in my garage, and this is just a hobby. I am running Simmons Titan 70 drum module through the amp, I had to do some tuning to pull out some of the sounds just as you would with any amp, after a few min it sounds great.

I really wanted to like this. It sounds tinny, and certainly not '70w'. It will do the job though. Just don't get excited.

Please DO NOT buy, its cool as a speaker but wont work for any electric drums, the sounds have no quality, cymbals sounds ok but anything else is horrible.

Great little monitor for practicing when you don’t want to wear headphones or In-Ear monitors. Other reviews complain about not getting loud enough. Make sure to check all your levels on your electric drum controls and the monitor itself, because it’s plenty loud enough for practice! And that’s what this was designed for… Practice!! Sound quality is good enough too! Now for those who complain about the price, at this current time $99. If you can find a better monitor, made for drums, the same size with 2 mounting bracket options, arm extension, power supply and a patch cable go for it but good luck!!

The Audio quality on this is terrible. Sounds like a $5 speaker you would get from Five Below. Somehow managed to make my $2500 Efnote E-Kit sound like a $300 Alesis kit. Also has to MAX out the volume to even hear it. Returned this the next day. Waste of money. Pay a little more and Get yourself a small Bluetooth Drum Monitor instead.

I spent the amount for this item to sound as described but NOPE sorry either the item had a technical defect OR it just wasn't a good choice AMAZON NEEDS TO FIND A WAY TO GIVE SOUND SAMPLES for such items so the buyer will know what quality it has before it is delivered and gives disappointment.

Works like a charm. Great sound quality and doesn't take up any space. I was hesitant after reading reviews about poor sound quality, but wanted to give it a try due to its compact size. The issue people are having is because the input jack is a bit finicky. You have to play around with how far you insert the jack into the monitor for best sound quality. Once you adjust this, the sound quality is amazing and you can hear the bass really well.

This is a joke. No Max volume would possibly help this useless product in order to listen to the music played on your electronic drums. No matter the best high quality branded most expensive electronic drums you ever own, you can hear the click and tap on the cymbals when you hit more than the amp itself. Let’s talk about the bass? Hahahaha there’s no bass. You only hear you stepping on the pedal and it becomes an imaginary sound. With all respect to the brand but it’s better never to have it produced. I can’t believe people can rate 5 stars when there’s no way even to place 0.
