Simple Home Creations Nonstick Silicone & Fiberglass Baking Mat Half Pan 30cm X 40cm White & Yellow

I've had the chance to use the mat exactly once to bake some refrigerated rolls and it worked fine. The mat overhung my cookie sheet lengthwise a bit and did not suffer for it. I'd try cutting one down to fit better, but I like the measurement markings around the perimeter too much to do that.I've only had this product 12 days and have already received 2 emails from the supplier pushing for a review. Sigh. I appreciate good customer service, but this kind of impatience is more like a demand than service. Give a customer a couple of months to use your product before sending requests and the reviews you get will carry a lot more weight with potential new customers. As an aside to Simple Home Creations, the link to write a review provided in the emails take me to non-functioning page and is therefore useless. I'm giving the product 4 stars because while I can't see any problems with the product itself, somebody needs to rein in the marketing department!

I was surprised to see the mats spring to life when I pulled them from their tiny boxes. I expected them to need the edges weighted down to straighten them out - but they were utterly without any edge curling! As another reviewer mentioned, those boxes are the perfect storage devices.I used them to bake gingersnaps. They often burn on the bottom because they're rolled in sugar. Not this time! Beautiful results. Why, oh, WHY have I not been using these all my life?I ordered 3 because I do cookies assembly-line fashion... there's always a tray cooling, a tray in the oven, and another tray ready to go into the oven.I want to order more so I can dedicate them to specific purposes - baking, fish, chix/pork/beef.

Made biscuits on the first day with the stickiest dough I could tolerate to see how well this worked and I couldn't get anything to really stick. No problems in the oven either and clean up was a breeze. Been using it pretty regularly now for two to three weeks — highly recommended.

I am a newbie at making macarons and bought this mat to have a template and of course because of the good reviews. Well let me tell you, my macarons were perfect! It was my 2nd time making them ever and they turned out so gorgeous. They were good on parchment paper, just different sizes. This mat really helped to keep the sizes proportionate and the macs peeled off nice and clean. Highly recommend for macarons

when I opened the amazon box I instantly thought that this was going to be so small because the box that it comes in is very small, but once I got it out the box and unraveled it I was sadly mistaken. It is a lot bigger than I expected it to be and it is a little big to fit right in my cookie sheet...but I actually love that it is bigger because I can bake/cook more at a time rather than just small amounts. I have a flat baking sheet (doesn't have any edges that fold up) that I used this on and it worked perfectly! I love that it is lined with measurements and that it is graphed for easy use when baking cookies

Have had these for years, still work perfectly. Rarely bake without them. A little larger than the standard cookie sheet, though.

I have this to my sister as a Christmas gift. It works well. It's a good size and compact for easy storage in the kitchen. The measurements for macarons are perfect.

I use this a lot in baking, especially with sweet potatoes, which used to be difficult to clean up, even when using nonstick pans. It’s easy to clean this silicone mat and because it’s reinforced, it’s long-lasting.
