I am on the first week of this and it has given me palpitations and a very dry mouth. I wake up in the middle of the night struggling to breathe. It did however help with my night sweats. I will update my entire review in a month.

I purchased this product in December and even though it’s been a month , I don’t feel any different. It’s easy to swallow , no odor but I didn’t see any results. Took as directed.
