I am having tendinitis in my elbows from too much bodypump I think at the gym. I tried this out for my first session and it definitely helped. This is designed for a smaller forearm and gives guidance where to position and has a helped visual aid to get it into the right place. It stayed in place during my workout too. I’ll continue to use it during weight sessions.

This is a well-designed brace that can be adjusted to ecen fit a very slender arm. The quality is good.You have a little nob that is meant to push onto a tendon and take off the pain/ pressure that causes arm and elbow pain.This works for conditions where pressure needs to be applied on the lower arm, below the elbow.However, my pain wasjust above the elbow and inward, so I could not get the bandage to sit firmy there and achive that the nob presses in a tricky area.So overall a good product for the lower (tennis-) arm!
