The item would be great for identifying a certain very very small symbol or letter, but o bought it to read the lettering on a printed circuit board, which would be very difficult as you have to place the microscope directly onto what you are trying to read.You can only read a letter at a time rather than whole words or even small sentences like you can with a magnifying glassThe lights are very powerful and help a lot. And it is a sturdy little item, I am a precision Engineer, and it seems to be well built, But it is is not fit for what I needed it for.

Why does it appear upside down with magnifying? Really off putting & makes it hard to focus on correct position as you have move in opposite direction ?!

Loved this!Small but with up to x60 magnification its great for coins and general exploring up close for whatever you want to look at -have looked at cuts on my fingers, cuts in fabric, fingerprints - almost anything. The light is bright and the ability to change the angle to light to the necessary area is a benefit.

Product is good, delivery fast and quick unfortunately item is defective and one set of leds does not work as the switch is not centre

SMALL, fits in palm of the hand. Works well though.

Bought instead of a Loupe to inspect a camera CCD, very good price.

Very powerful considering how absolutely tiny this microscope is!! Light is very powerful and like the little protective case that comes with it!

Great piece of kit, albeit a tad fiddly to use.
