The media could not be loaded. My exercises have been much improved as a result of the inclusion of this product in my previous routine, which I believe has brought about a great deal of good improvement. Great machine
I love it!!! Love that i can listen to my favorite music while doing this all in the same machine!I just tried it for the first time and omg! I’ll come back in a few days with an update!

Remote did not work.
Just arrived today, took it out and of course like everyone else said, the remote does NOT WORK. Maybe that’s why there’s a $30 off coupon?? Needless to say I immediately ordered a new remote so I’ll be back Wednesday to report whether or not the new remote works. If not I’ll be returning the device.Overall it’s fun and feels great to use! I just can’t figure out how to change the speed without the remote. Really enjoyed using it!

Tried out 2 of these, avoid.
First vibration plate never worked with the remote, trying to control the plate manually felt unsafe. Sent it back. New one worked for a couple months and then now is stuck on some weird vibration mode, can’t turn it off, can’t adjust it, unsafe. Outside my return window, all I can do is write this review. Avoid this thing.

Research items before purchasing
Not an item I could use because of my knee’s loss of cartilage. I should have researched the use of the machine before I purchased it.
