Great to hang ladders
They used to sell these at Home Depot. I use them to hang my ladders inside my trailer

Good, but could use slightly better mounting hardware.
We hung a 21 foot Little Giant Skyscraper on these hooks. They have no issues with the weight of the ladder. The hooks themselves are decent quality -- rubber-coated hooks with a metallic-ish (I'd guess aluminum or another pot metal) mounting bracket. My only beef is with the mounting hardware. They ship with a hybrid drywall/wood screw thing. It's probably adequate, but I ended up using a few 3" wood screws rather than the hardware that shipped with the kit to anchor the hooks. Most equipment like this will ship with a drywall anchor and a screw that goes into the anchor; I'd like to see that done with this product as well.As a plus (maybe?), the orange hooks does match the Little Giant orange. So if you're worried about color-coordinating your ladder hardware, you've got that going for you.Edited April 2016: I bought another set of these to hang another Little Giant Ladder. As always, bring another solid lag screw or otherwise sturdy piece of mounting kit and you'll be fine; the self-tapping screws supplied with the solution are honestly not that great. I attached some photos of these installed and a ladder hanging on them. Note that the top-most screw is a significantly more solid hex lag screw, driven with a 3/8" socket wrench.I now have two Little Giant Ladders, including one of their 'Skyscraper' 24-foot models, hanging on these. No complaints other than the lower-than-it-should be quality of the moutning screws.

A little small for type 1A fiberglass ladders
The arm is too short to let a type 1A professional fiberglass ladder hang flat against the wall. Also the holes is the bracket are too big to work with normal screws without fender washers. It is really designed specifically for the supplied sheet rack anchors. Really not designed to use outdoors on the side of the house.

Seems to be designed to mount to drywall only
The bracket it self seems sturdy enough to hold my ladder. I have a sliding fiberglass ladder that when closed is about 12' long (so maybe 18 or 20' when extended). The included screws are short and abnormally wide. This and the number of fasteners per bracket (3), tell me that the fastening system was designed to connect to drywall only. The included fasteners will attach to bare studs, but won't hit studs well if there is drywall. My garage has drywall. I would not even consider using the included fasteners to support my ladder. I need the strength from the stud. So I bought four (two per bracket) 1/2" x 2" lag screws. This is overkill for the brackets, however the holes in the bracket are 1/2" wide due to the abnormally wide screws that are included. So if I tried to use a more appropriate sized screw for the load (e.g. 1/4" x 2"), it would have too much play in the fastening hole. Be sure to pre-drill.

Outstanding hooks for almost anything; easy to screw into wall; hold well
These hooks are the greatest. I have a small garage and don't like clutter on the floor. So I try to hang things. I already have some of these hooks holding up my leaf blower, luggage pieces, holiday door decorations, etc. What is truly wonderful is that they are incredibly easy to install. Just get a screwdriver (an electric one works best but any screwdriver will do) and screw the screws in and hang your hangings. I use them on a drywall; on the stud it might not be so easy. But on a drywall you can hang 40 pounds which works for all my things. I am not handy-manly inclined; just a woman with a home, a garage and things to hang. So I like things that are easy, don't take much mind-beinding, and work. I first bought these at Lowe's and figured that if I ran into a problem I'd return them. Didn't have a problem; went back and bought more. Now I bought a set at Amazon. Can't get much easier. Later review - just bought another set-one to hold my yoga mat in its sheath and the other to hold some garden tools.

Great hangers.
Bought these to hang my 12 extension ladder along fence. Works as it should.

Do not use a power drill with this product
While I like it's versatility, the screws are not galvanized steel, and I found out the hard way that a power drill will strip them completely, making them useless. There is a small symbol on the packaging warning this, but it's easy to miss. Fortunately I ordered two sets, so I had extra screws. Also, drill the holes first - makes installation easier.

Good but better screws please!
3.75 starts but rounding up to 4. Strong and a plus that it has 3 screws. I'm using it to hold wooden folding chairs. I can fit 3 on a pair of hooks so I've bought 3 sets to make better use of my garage wall space. The one only and biggest complaint I have are the screw heads. No mater how hard I tried and how slow I went with the drill I managed to strip of a few screw heads. Too little torque on the driver and they didn't go into the stud and one click higher and goodbye screw head. The only advice is to buy different screw or go as slow and straight as possible....pre-drilling is a must.

Calidad Impresionante

Convenient for light duty use.
These are very easy to install and hold quite well in Drywall. If fastened only into the drywall, they will work loose if items are constantly being secured and detached. For seasonal items they work very well. And they are easy to remove and relocate. Ideally they should be secured into the studs as well. Do not exceed the weight limits. I use these to hang snow shoes, ladder, hoses, bicycle tires and storing roof racks in the winter
