Unbelievable- have never used anything but authentic HP toners for my home printer. When a new one was going to cost me almost $150, I reconsidered. Totally wowed by this TrueImage- installed easily in my 1320, and the image is perfectly crisp, black, no smear... At under $39 for 2 cartridges (which might equal page output as one regular one - still, no diff to me- takes me at least a year or two to use up one) I am so happy and will definitely be a repeat customer. Now to see if they make inkjets for my large format printer which takes 6 cartridges and 3 print heads (which add up to a mortgage payment to replace)... Thanks, TrueImage!

Pefectly compatible with my HP Lasterjet

At first, I was very hesitant. I'm used to buying OEM cartridges for years, but I ran out of time and needed to get something fast, so I ordered this one from Amazon. When it arrived the next day, I was very skeptical. It was the same width, but different depth, and I really wasn't sure this was going to work. I pulled out the plastic clear tab and tried to insert into the 3390. Didn't go in, and didn't want to force it, especially because there were no instructions. Then I realized there were two orange pieces on each side that was stopping the cartridge from entering. So I pulled them out of the cartridge. Presto, in it went smoothly! The prints were perfect. At 1/8 the price of OEM, I will continue to purchase these.

Gave a poor review initially, but I'm revising now. Installed the replacement cartridge as instructed, but, at first, it did not work in my HP LaserJet 1320. When I printed, the pages came out with nothing on them at all. Just white paper. That's when I wrote a poor review. Later, however, I decided to check out the contacts on the cartridge that connect it to the printer when it's installed. Ah hah. They had some sort of smudges on them. Used electronic cleaner spray on them and cleaned them up. After that, the cartridge works fine. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 because of that.

Ordered this two pack as it was the best deal for your money. Unfortunately the first cartridge that was opened and placed in my printer did not work, nothing came out on multiple attempted pages printed. I emailed customer service in frustration, and I was contacted quickly asking for information off the cartridge, and my shipping address. Once the information was provided they immediately shipped out a replacement to me, which arrived almost overnight. I did open the second cartridge in the first pack, and that has printed without issues. Hopefully the first was just a isolated incident. Definitely would recommend based off the customer service I received. Sometimes things don't work, it is how the problem is addressed and solved that matters most!

Perfect replacement for 1320 cartridge, got two for what I previously paid for one. Very well made and of high quality. Works flawlessly.

I was going to trash this printer… This toner saved it! Perfect.

Terrible product. Neither toner cartridge in the package worked at all. The first one I tried even jammed the paper. Reinstalling the old cartridge (another brand) rendered my printer operational again. Further, I have not been able to find a way to return this product on the Amazon website.
