ELEGENZOMouse Repellent Pouches with Peppermint Oil - Repels Mice, Rats, Squirrels, Roaches, Ants, Spiders, Moths

Our retirement home complex started having mice problems over a year ago and we had the exterminator come in once weekly without good results. I became frantic when I saw mice running around my small apartment 6 months ago and requested the exterminator's service. He came in, laid a bunch of traps but the mice were not interested on the cheese and peanut butter baits left on the traps. Then he laid out new traps that look like small houses without any better results. In frustration, I looked on Amazon and found a set of 6 ultrasound plugins with 3 different settings and they worked well enough, except mice still tried to sneak in from the tiny crack between my glass sliding door and the screen door facing the garden. Looked again on Amazon and saw this Elegenzo repellent advertised and bought a box of eight. Wow! I have hit the jackpot! With the combination of the plugins and these peppermint pouches, the pests have not reappeared for the past month. Need to change to fresh pouches once a month though because the peppermint scent fades with time. They are worth the money spent to have a mice free home!

All I know is that no mice have been in my pantry since I put one or two of these in there. I tried some others that smelled like mothballs, but they kept me away, too.

I read lots of reviews and decided to try this product. I purchased 2 boxes to really go full force on evicting the mice in my house. I placed the packets everywhere I saw evidence of mice or where I had actually seen mice. I left the house to visit friends for the weekend and to let the “strong smell” dissipate while I was gone. When I returned I didn’t find a noticeable aroma but I did notice the mice were just as happy in my house as they were before. I even saw 2 mice on different days scurry along a baseboard and hide behind the packets I had placed in there path.So I reverted to the age old method of a INEXPENSIVE old school mouse trap with a spring loaded bate tray. I had humanely and quickly eliminated the mice in a matter of days. Yes, I said humanely because the spring loaded metal bar snaps their neck instantly. I was honestly surprised that I eliminated all of the mice less than a week. The classic small wood plank with a metal bait tray and spring release metal bar still works perfectly.

They keep the mice away.

Hard to tell how well they work, but I do know that they don’t seem to keep their odor very long. Definitely less than a month.

I have purchased these before during busy times we experience spiders or small crickets in early spring and the fall - so nice to just place around and not worry about chasing them away! Pleasant peppermint smell but not overbearing at all!

On the first day we didn’t see any rodents. But then it rained that night and I don’t know if that ruined the smell but we have still been seeing rodents - though not quite as many as before.

I had a problem with deer and mice eating the melons in my garden. I read online that they don’t like certain smells and so I bought these to keep them out of my garden. Came quickly and well packaged. Has a strong smell to it so it was what I was looking for. It’s worth trying to keep the pests away from the garden.
