Update (4/15/1025): If I could give this product a rating higher than 5 stars, I would do so! The battery lasts a good long time, so much so that despite wearing it for more hours than I can remember since I bought it, I've only had to charge it once. The device, despite being lightweight, seems to be of excellent quality. I've dropped it a couple times with no ill effects. And, the hip pain that prompted me to get the unit has subsided. I would say it's gone, but I don't want to jinx myself. Thus far, you can't go wrong with this item! have used a number of TENS units over the years for relief from aches and soreness from my work as a tennis professional. I actually wore them while at work, which didn't help sustain the pads. But I haven't used one in the recent past. This new unit is compact, powerful, and easy to navigate. The initial charge seems to be lasting for quite some time as well. My wife and I have used it for approximately 8 hours and I still have the same number of bars as when we started. As far as power goes, I have yet to go past 10 because I receive plennty of power between the 8 and 10 settings. Love the stimulation of my lower back and troublesome hip (which feels like sciatica), and I also have it hooked up simultaneously to what has felt like a minor calf strain. I have all 4 pads with channels A & B going simultaneously and I'm sitting and walking around with the unit in my pocket as I go about my activities at home. I definnitely recommend the unit at this point. I must say that it feels as though one of the cords produces more power, but I haven't done sufficient testing to support that hypothesis. I'll edit this review if something changes.

Easy to use. Charged once can be used up to 3 months. Pads are easy to clean.

I purchased the BHK-TENS Model KRES1080 stimulator to address an old knee injury that causes aching and limited flexibility after a full day of walking. I'm highly satisfied with this purchase because the small, handheld unit delivers ample power for the TENS mode, which has been very effective at muscle stimulation to ease the pain.

I’ve been using this TENS unit for a few weeks now to manage shoulder and lower back pain, and I’m genuinely impressed with the results. It’s compact, easy to use, and offers a wide range of modes (22 total), which helps target different muscle groups and pain types. The intensity levels are very customizable, and the EMS function adds a nice bonus for light muscle stimulation. I usually use it after long workdays or workouts, and it definitely helps relax tight muscles and reduce discomfort. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the instructions could be a bit clearer, especially for first-time users. It took a little trial and error to figure out which modes worked best for my needs. Also, the included pads are decent, but I’ll probably replace them soon for better adhesion after several uses. Overall, this is a solid and affordable TENS/EMS combo unit that offers great relief without needing meds. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for at-home pain therapy.

I love this TENs unit, it has exceeded all of my expectations. Great quality, easy to function, inexpensive for the quality, pads don’t lose adhesion and a great for pain relief while also being portable. I received a very expensive from my chiropractor a couple years ago, it didn’t work as well, didn’t even have half as many intensity settings and only had the TENS setting instead of TENS, EMS, and Massage like this unit has . I love it .

I seen this exact unit at my Chiropractor's office. When she used it on me I was amazed how quickly it took the pain away. It's small but mighty. There are three different intensity options and that was an important feature for me. Overall this is easy to use, battery has a long life span, easy to charge. Great purchase.

This definitely helps with muscle soreness and tension, especially in my neck and shoulders. There are a ton of modes which is nice, but it took me a bit to figure out which ones I actually liked. Once you get the hang of it, it works really well. Solid pain relief overall!
