I bought these to replace some very disappointing roasting tins which had lost their non-stick coating. When I received these, I was dubious about the quality as they are so lightweight - I was wrong! The non-stick surface is of the highest quality. Almost everything just slides off and even if something is left behind, it takes just a short soak in soapy water, followed by a quick wipe, to leave the tin perfect again. Excellent product.
