My wife and I are going on holiday, but we're a bit old to go out clubbing or pubbing in the evening, so this media player will be ideal late in the evening. I was surprised at how easy it is to operate and having the keyboard remote is brilliant, saves a lot time with character entry rather than the other normal remote control. This Android TV box was easy to set up, and was running in less than a minute, time display on the front is useful. The apps on it include a media player that I find easier to use than my favourite media player, VLC. It can play MKV, MP4 and MKV files. Setting up Miracast was simple and every other app I found on board does the job well. Best of all, the price was great and only another £3 to double the onboard ROM. I am delighted with this Android Media Player.

I have to say, all the negative reviews about this product are completely unfair—especially when it comes to the remote. I personally think the remote is quite decent and works just fine. The only minor downside is that it sometimes interferes with the TV, but that’s not a dealbreaker at all. As for the overall performance, I’m very satisfied with this purchase. The apps run smoothly without any issues, and everything works as expected. If you’re on the fence because of negative reviews, don’t be. This is a solid product that does exactly what it promises!

On paper, specs look very capable and good value as a media device however in reality....netflix and Disney plus app was unsupported and iplayer app was buggy. Also as a parent there was no parent controls on say the movie app which meant all movies would show up as soon as you went on the app. Should be age restricted until age verified via a pin. So really unsuitable as a plug n play device. If you have time to tinker with it then fine but I went to a fire stick in the end for a more streamline experience. 2 major apps not working was a big letdown.

Recently purchased this Android box easy to install and use. Rather surprised it's using non rechargeable batteries in the remote control rather than a mains charger. Streaming capability good although does suffer from intermittent buffering. Picture and sound quality good. Like the backlit keyboard. Have had previous makes and models before. Purchased this box as I wanted a bigger ram and ROM. Would recommend this Android box. Good price.

I’ve been using this Android TV Box with 4GB RAM and 128GB storage for a few weeks, and overall, it offers excellent value. The performance is smooth — streaming 4K and even 3D UHD videos works well without lag, and the built-in WiFi (both 2.4G and 5G) keeps the connection stable. The mini wireless keyboard is a handy addition that makes navigating much easier than using a regular remote. That said, the initial setup took me longer than expected. Some of the pre-installed apps needed updates, and the interface wasn’t as intuitive as I hoped. It took a bit of trial and error to get everything running the way I like. If you’re comfortable with a little tech tinkering, this box delivers solid performance for streaming and media playback. Just be ready to spend some time on setup before you get to enjoy it fully.

It has some good features, but not all are good. Google app store not licensed , you cannot download any apps for streaming videos. If you have old tvs, then this device is great for watching youtube videos. You definitely need good wifi to stream videos. Otherwise the videos are lagging.

I purchased this TV box and was so impressed, I bought a second for my kitchen TV. The interface is very easy to use. The standard apps installed are as expected, but one in particular is fabulous, has everything you could want The TV box is very reasonably priced and is a must. Again 11 out of 10.

I accidentally purchased a Non smart TV. In big trouble with my wife this box has been a lifesaver. I should add that Cello advised me that one could not download a Freeview Play App giving catchup and a far better EPG than the Cello one. You can get that App from the Google Play store for nothing. I am not yet able to scroll the EPG reliably and predictably but suspect this is down to back level firmware and hopefully an upgrade to the latest level will resolve this. My W2 box already has 128MB installed but I can substantially upgrade the TF card if I wish, so plenty of scope for recording. Thank you.
