I have been using Wet & Forget for years. Just spray it and within a few short days, my vinyl fence looks like I power washed it. Absolutely the best option to remove mildew and summer mold.

Love this product! Although it is not inexpensive it is also not cheap.I live in a humid state with a home in the city on water with trees around and a home on the coast.Years of power washing... omg SO OVER IT!I heard of this product and asked a contractor, he said yes, he knows of it being good for roofs, so I purchased some last summer.I have used it on my concrete pool deck, driveway and sidewalks, my wooden deck, on my brick home, yes, worked on all of the surfaces.I have a screened in porch on the coast that has vinal windows that were so cloudy and had a green alga on the bottom panels that I was at a loss as to how to get them clean. It is not recommended using a window cleaner on them. I removed one window to do a test spot rubbing it on with a spray bottle containing diluted Wet and Forget in it, and immediately wiping it off. The vinal windows are so clean you can't even tell they are there.I rejoice my pressure washing days are behind me!!!!Of course, there are variables and as with any product like this read and follow the directions.I hope this review helps someone on the fence about trying Wet and Forget.

Pretty easy to use, especially with this bottle design. Don't expect it to kill everything and totally clear out with one application; it'll probably take several applications. It works better in places where the sun hits and dries, but, of course, algae grows worse on shady places anyway. Seems to work okay on everything from wood to shingles to metal.So yes, it works. Not like a dream, but okay. It seems like it'd be faster just to scrub the stuff off, but if there are places you can't easily get to with your arm and would sooner spray, this is an okay alternative.

The bottle i got didn't spray anywhere near 30 feet. I tested the reach of my hose and my water pressure beforehand. My normal hose nozzle easily reached my roof. I attached the "extreme reach" nozzle and it only went half the distance in the full on position. Now if it works, only the bottom half of my roof is going to be clean. What a pain. I should have just left it alone. Also the smell is awful. It lingers on the area for quite a while. Really disappointed. I would not buy this again.

A friend of mine told me about this, as I have mold growing on the side of my house too far up for me to reach, so I purchased this and was able to do my entire thousand square-foot house with it, you literally just wet it and forget it, some stains, go away quickly others take a little time, but once it dries it adheres to mold, etc., and when it rains the dirt and mold fall off, make sure to keep animals off of any product that falls to the ground until the ground is completely dry , I paid $40 for this rather than paying $200 to have my house power washed. I think that's a great deal.
