I recently developed a bad case of mouse shoulder and neck after too many 12 hour days in a non-ergonomically-correct home office/closet. Long work hours aren't going anywhere so I’ve been buying various massager, therapy devices, pillow and ergonomic devices to counteract all the mousing. This contraption looks really silly (think Worm King of Dune) but has surprisingly ended up as the one I use most. I can wear it while I'm working to keep my head in the right position and give my neck a mild stretch. Other products like wedge neck stretchers require you to lie still on your back 10-15 min to extend your neck (who has time for that!?!) and don't give a good stretch in my opinion. Another unexpected benefit is that it stops me from compulsively cracking my neck and digging into the knots which totally aggravates the problem. When I want serious traction stretch, I inflate it to the point of being kind of uncomfortable and lean back in my chair with my chin towards the ceiling. For work positioning and preventing compulsive popping, I inflate less or let air out after a stretch session while pushing down on the front with some chin pressure so my head is in a more natural position. In any case, this thing is a keeper for me since it doesn't require much extra time or effort and helps my neck injury in more than one way.

Bought this for a friend and he loves it. It helps to alleviate neck pain and pain from sleeping weird. It's super easy to inflate and deflate and use. The only issue is that I have a really thin neck and small head and I tried it - wanting to buy it for myself- and it can't get tight and instead ends up around my ears. So unless you have a super thin neck and head (I'm 5'5" and 95 lbs for reference so pretty small) it's a great purchase!

I was very skeptical about ordering this device. My Physical Therapist and Doctor prescribed a device that was about $250.00 and that was out of my budget. I tried to go without anything, but my discomfort and pain in my neck got to the point I decided I needed to give it a try. I have found it very easy to use, comfortable, and extremely helpful for my discomfort. When I forget to use it I notice a difference. I just put it on for about 10 minutes each day when I meditate or sometimes twice a day when I feel I need it more. I am quite shocked at how much having some traction has helped relieve my sore neck to a much more tolerable level. I am very grateful I tried this product.

Its easy to use, the concept is great i myself get anxious when something like that is around my neck, inhave a shorter neck since i put on weight and i feel like I might get more use if it was 2 levels instead of 3 for a better fit? Worth the try especially for everyone being on their phones and causing neck strain and hunchback

I was having this nagging pain in the right side of my head & neck. I was in a car accidents last year and haven’t been able to find relief even with chiro visits. It takes time, constant practice and exercise to get your body back to normal function after an injury and sometimes you may not ever be the same but this product sure does help with the relief. The best part is you can use it whenever you want as much as you want. I immediately felt that pressure relief off that area and a release and the headache from my right side of head began to subside. Definitely keep inflating and deflating in intervals to get the best results. It really is like exercise and physical therapy at home for your neck, it helps to increase that range of motion in the area. I also have a tens unit and used that all the night before. I was in so much pain but not even that can compare to the wonders this did for me. It’s good to use different strategies, methods, and tool when treating a neck injury. They all go hand in hand. But this.. you absolutely need this. It’s a ‘game changer’.

This is a good product, it does exactly what it is intended to do. I have used a couple of other traction devices, some may work better but you really can't do anything when using them. This is functional, I would not recommend reading the reviews about leaking or the ball bearing. It is a little weird but if you get used to moving the ball bearing and understand that it is used to block the air flow, it takes a second. The comments on it leaking it bc there is a air valve at the bottom to release and lock, it seems they did not turn it into lock. This is a good product amd it is easy to use.

At first I thought it was like a a gimmick but I do get tight neck from sitting in front of computer at work so I decided to try it.It turns out it actually helps! Even if you wear for 5 minutes a day, I find it does help relieve pressure.Easy to wear, easy to use and easy to deflate and take off.Fair warning if you pump a lot, it makes your “extra skin” bulge up together so do not use it in front of your crush 😅.I would recommend this product.

This device fits around your neck from the back. There are 2 Velcro straps at the front to attach the 2 sides together. Just simply start pumping it up. It does get some use to, to get the pressure right because if there is too much pressure you can feel choked or lightheaded, but with continued use you will know how to use this.
