Straight edge except the bread knife. Best knives I've ever purchased!

Which knife would be good for cutting meat into like jerky or trimming just in general? The boning knife?

Any knife will do. Paring knives would be easier to handle for trimming but a lot of extra work for slicing. If you could only get one knife to do everything with I’d have to say an 8inch chefs knife

Knife is great for the price! Feels good on the hand and feels like a premium quality product. Easy to use and the knife is really sharp. Be careful. Aesthetic the knives look amazing and look great in the kitchen when not in use. Blades is durable and thick but handle heavy so feels easy on the blade.
