Strong and easy to use
Great bag for holding weights. Easy to use. Great for pull ups, push ups, etc. NOT GREAT FOR RUNNING! SERIOUSLY THE WEIGHT DOES JUGGLE which is bad for running. But still AMAZING QUALITY, and a great weight bag.

Well Made
Bought this for my son. Very well made and designed for full-size plates. We bought the Nike plates for it since they are all the same size. He's using a 10lb now for walking. Comfortable to wear and so far it's holding up great! I'm impressed!

Great
I am the proud owner of a ruck sack that I keep loaded with 120 pounds ( just for walking) and a couple of weighted vests that I use depending on the workout. This backpack is ideal for adding weight to body weight movements. It stays very tight to your body and is comfortable. Thanks!

Functional and good so far.
Seams and stitch work well constructed, several options for plates, easy to swap out or add, stays in place durring use , like how i can have higher or lower on back, and even use on chest. put on at start of session and few minutes kinda forget i'm wearing it. great add on for leg work and any body weight movement . cant really recomend for jog but walking use is good - no surprise heat it builds on your back. yet to see how straps hold up. takes up minimal room so plan to get 2nd and keep in truck for worktravel use.I'd give solid 4.5

Exactly what I needed.
Holds a 2 inch 45 pound plate without issue and I can probably squeeze another 25 plate in there (though Im not sure the stitching could take it). Only down side are the straps. If they were a bit wider, it would help distribute the weight better.

Broken buckle
My strap broke midway through my morning walk today. I'm sad because I really liked the product. Doesn't look repairable tho.

Weight dug into my lower back while rucking
This backpack is built really well. The reason I'm giving it a "2" is because the weights I put in it (two 10lb, one 7.5lb, and one 2.5 lb) dug into my lower back. So, if your going to use this for your weight workout or calisthenics with just one plate I think you'll be fine. But if you try to use it for rucking like I did, I don't recommend this purchase.
