picked this up to switch things up from plain creatine and it’s actually a decent upgrade. still does the usual creatine job, just with a bit more going on. flavour is better than expected. pineapple is fairly light, not overly sweet or artificial, and it mixes well without loads of clumps which is always a win. build quality (tub, scoop etc) is solid. standard supplement packaging, nothing leaking, scoop easy to find. performance feels like what you’d expect from creatine. over time you notice the usual improvements in strength and endurance, nothing instant but it builds up with consistency. the added electrolytes are a nice touch, especially if you’re training harder. only downside is you are paying more compared to basic creatine monohydrate, so depends if you care about the extras. for the price though, decent value for money if you want something a bit more convenient and better tasting than plain creatine. does the job and easy to stick with.

Hard to say about the effect, as I do more than one thing to improve strength, focus, energy, etc. Taste is nice and refreshing.

Great product but overpriced, why do they make the tub size double than that of the actual powder. I have no problem with the quality but the quantity is a bit of a shambles

I love this Creatine, I have tried lots and most taste awful, too sweet or come out grainy. This one dissolves really easily and tastes great!

Tastes good. Quite expensive for what it is. Better off getting the non flavoured creatine if that’s what you’re after. But flavour is good. Mixes excellent.

He comprado este producto ya un par de veces y la verdad es que Optimum Nutrition no defrauda. Si estás buscando una creatina de calidad para llevar tus entrenamientos al siguiente nivel, esta versión Platinum Plus es una opción espectacular. Sabor y disolución (10/10): El sabor a piña está brutal, entra genial y no cansa para nada, algo que se agradece muchísimo en este tipo de suplementos. Además, se disuelve perfectamente sin dejar los típicos grumos molestos en el fondo del shaker. Calidad y efectividad: Al llevar el sello de ON, tienes la garantía de que estás metiendo calidad limpia al cuerpo. Se nota bastante en el rendimiento diario, la fuerza en los entrenamientos pesados y la recuperación. El añadido de electrolitos es un plus excelente para mantener la hidratación a tope. El único "pero" Por ponerle una pega real, el formato es de 350g (50 servicios si usas la dosis del fabricante, pero si ajustas la carga según tu peso corporal, vuela). A veces resulta un poco molesto que el bote dure apenas un mes y poco, obligándote a estar pendiente de reponer el stock muy seguido. Conclusión A pesar de que se gasta rápido, la calidad del producto es indiscutible y vale totalmente la pena. Si pillas una buena oferta con el descuento del 31%, es una compra obligatoria para tu rutina. Muy recomendada.
