For the price, it's doing great.
Pictured with a 17" laptop for reference. It is Large! It was much bulkier than we expected. But it does really well for the price point. There has been a noticable difference in the temperature of the unit while gaming vs a flat fanned lift. The clips on front keep the laptop pressed on the seal, no slipping off. Now, we don't use the laptop directly. It sits there with an external keyboard and mouse, so I can't comment on how it feels while trying to use the laptop itself while sitting on it. But it does add very noticable height vs sitting on the desk.It does light, though we don't actively use the lights. They do work though! The scroll wheel to adjust the fans is tight enough to not scroll past where you want. The display is not so bright to be distracting, even in the dark. The fan can get loud when turned up, obviously, and not much background noise. You will definitely hear it. But I hope no one is buying it for it to be quiet and work.. especially at the price. But while being active or gaming, the noise isn't distracting in the least. You will forget it's on if it wasn't for the light saying it was on or you actually try listening for it through the other sounds. Now the close up picture of the display area, our first one had popped off. Not much, it just looked like a sticker point had gotten loose. But no, it was actually broken and not working right. Just a fyi to check that area when you hook it up. The replacement came prime speed, and there's no issues with the replacement so far out of the box.

A bit loud but works as expected
A bit noisy at the highest setting but works as expected. Keeps my gaming laptop at a reasonable temperature when in use. RGB is very bright if you want to use that. Works as expected and is less expensive than other larger brands when you consider this is just a fan and laptop stand it shouldn't be very expensive.

Quieter than my laptop fans.
This really has helped solve one of my largest complaints with my new laptop-the noise. A recently purchased laptop kept going from quieter hum to full on turbo jet mode when gaming. The constant flicker of noise was really annoying to everyone near me, including myself. Even at 2200 RPM this is more of a constant hum and really knocks down the turbo jet mode that my laptop was doing. I cannot hear this hum through my headphones and those around me don't find the persistent noise to be as much as a nuisance. The RGB on this can be turned off by long pressing on the RGB light button. This is powered by the included USB A connector and does allow a single USB A passthrough via port on the back. This is nice for mobility, but will not be as powerful as some of the other coolers that plug into the wall. The foam allows for the computer to be seated well and creates a good seal to force the air through the laptop chassis (this is meant for laptops with air intake on the bottom of your laptop vs sides). The clips in the front seem to hold the computer firmly in place. This is a little bulky for my 15.6" laptop. They could have made this more square with the edges flush with the sides to decrease some of the "wasted" space on the corners. This does lift the laptop keyboard up more than 2", which could be good or bad based on laptop placement. I do have some concerns with the longevity of the fan, as I can hear a whine at 1200 and 1700 RPM, as well as a little bit of wobble or knock between 300-600 RPM. 700-1100, 1300-1600, and 1800-2200 RPM all seem to run smoothly.

Worth the money
Totally worth the money. This cooler is on par with the name brand model of the same design you'll see on amazon. Before getting this cooler, my laptop would run about 195-205 on the CPU and 120+ on the GPU while playing games that are resource heavy. Now even with the fan at half speed, temps have gone down significantly. Now the CPU will run at 170-180 along with the GPU going down to 100-110.The lights are a cool feature as well.

Decent cooling pad, but ventilation could be better
This review is for the KeiBn Gaming Laptop Cooling Pad. I bought this laptop fan so that my daughter can use her laptop on the carpeted floor. We wanted to improve the ventilation of her device, and we thought that this fan would be a good option. The build quality of this device appears to be good. While it is all plastic, it is a durable plastic. The fan is not too loud, especially at its lowest setting (300 RPM). My daughter likes all of the RGB lights, and there are tons of light options, including an Off option. Also, I think it is comfortable to place on your lap which is a plus. One concern is that the fan plugs directly into the laptop via a USB cable. Because of this, it can be a power drain. However, we typically have the laptop plugged in while using it, so this isn’t an issue.Another concern is that the ventilation comes entirely from the bottom of the device. Because of this, the fan is sucking up all the dust from the carpet and propelling it into the laptop. So, I do not think it works well for the reason we purchased it. It would have been better if the vents were on the side of the apparatus.
