Provides much relief
The product was delivered by Amazon delivery, and was neatly packaged with other purchased items. I suffer from major shoulder pain, making it difficult to do simple tasks. So far, I have used the shoulder brace with the ice pack, and it has provided me much relief. I was give it 5 stars, but it has a rubber smell due to the newest of the product. I believe the smell will disappear over time, with use.

No Instructions
It came without instructions, the hot cold pack is twice the size of the pocket it goes in and with separations at the bottom of the pocket you can not keep it from falling out. You really need help to put it on and tighten it for any compression

One Size Does NOT Fit All! Check your measurements
Seemed like a good brace. Unfortunately One Size does not fit all and it was too small around my forearm and across my chest. Luckily we knew someone ŵho also needed one and gave it to him.

Adjustable shoulder brace
I liked how easy it was to adjust to my shoulder. The cold pack fits perfectly in the brace to relieve pain in my shoulder.

Great product!
I just ordered this product for my son. He is a football player, and tore his labrum. He is determined to complete the season before scheduling surgery, so is trying this brace to stablilize his shoulder. Product is well made, comfortable, very affordable, and arrived on time! Great service!
