Got to admit i was livid when I pulled these from the box at how light and thin these are, looks like they would crack just laughing at them. Been looking for a perfect cup size for a Breville one touch and boy I've found them. Was expecting these to explode at the first poor of hot milk/water. Was absolutely blown away, outside of the glass doesn't even get warm!! Keeps ya brew hot longer, just seems to keep the heat within the cup. Perfect size, perfect hot brew. Buying more.

Really perform well look classy. Keep your drinks warm longer and no doubt cold longer not that I drink cold drinks while the weather is like this. When I first opens it thought it was plastic as it’s lighter than I was expecting! But no it’s definitely glass and very well made. 100% recommend them. As an afterthought they also look stunning when full sounds funny but they really do.

I had seen these in various places I’ve been eg the hairdressers, so I thought I’d give them a try not really thinking they would work. I am pleasantly surprised. My hot water at work goes cold very quickly normally with me up and down from my desk, but these do keep it warmer for longer. They came nicely packaged and are of good quality and very light. I get chillblains on my fingers this time of year from holding hot cups and this takes all that away as they don’t get hot on the outside.

These for me are wonderful packed well, and good value for money glass thickness is perfect and brew temp stays for so much long, and I am sure it has given me a better tasting tea or coffee. Recommended.

Well what can I say , well surprised how hot it kept my coffee, normally by time I walk from kitchen to lounge my mug has already taken heat from coffee. I sat waited a moment picked up mug had a blow in it as you do took a sip and burnt my tongue and throat luckily I had a bottle of water by me to take a cold swig but it’s still sore , so I’m impressed,the outside doesn’t get hot so no hot fingers , kept my coffee hot the whole time , I think everyone should have these if you like your drinks hot not Luke warm . The size is perfect , I chose black and it looks really smart and I love the shape, not heavy, came with instructions how to care for them which I will follow to preserve the integrity of the mug , won’t be going in dishwasher, very pleased with my choice would buy again ,

Good quality, stylish cups. I love these. I will not drink out of any other cup. They extend the length of time the drink remains hot.

I brought 2 for my Daughter at Xmas, she liked him and wanted two more, there great mugs.

Initially fine but just after the return period the plug that seals the inner and outer walls fell out. Water during washing up got in and it just got nastier from there. I contacted the manufacturer through their website but was totally ignored. I would not recommend these because of these points and I will ignore this manufacturers products in the future. The photos show a clean and dry mug, all the moisture is in the insulation void. Update: The seller has reached out and offered a good solution and I'm just waiting for it to complete. The manufacturer did send a reply in German (I think) but I did not receive it, no idea why, cet la vie. I have changed the rating because without problems the mugs work well. Update 2: this has now completed and the seller has been great. Great solution offered and actioned in good time, well done.

Me han gustado mucho estas tazas de cristal de doble pared. Son muy bonitas y elegantes, se ven geniales para café con leche o capuchino y el tamaño de 350 ml es perfecto. La doble pared se nota porque mantiene la bebida caliente más tiempo y, además, por fuera no quema tanto al agarrarlas. El asa es cómoda y el cristal se ve resistente. Han llegado bien embaladas y sin ningún defecto. Muy recomendables.
